1. How often should I get a massage?
my personal opinion: you can get a deep tissue massage once every two weeks or once a month. When it comes to relaxation or Swedish massage you can get them every day.
2. What should I take off when you getting a massage?
You can get undressed to wear you feel comfortable. rather it’s just her underwear or completely new. You will be covered the whole time except for the areas the therapist wiil be working on such as arms, back, legs, neck and shoulder
3. When should I tell my therapist the pressure is too much?
Anytime. Anytime you feel the pressure is too much always let your therapist to know. The therapist cannot change the pressure if you do not speak up.
